Birth certificates required for all first time registrants at first practice

AGE DETERMINATION CUT-OFF DATE
For those players who have May, June or July birthdays, they can elect what league they wish to participate in. Either with their grade level or play down. Also, players 11 and up may elect to move up a league in order to play at their grade level.

VOLUNTEERS
We welcome anyone wishing to participate as a volunteer in any capacity – umpires, fields, general maintenance and concession stand. There is a section the online registration form to be checked if interested in volunteering in any capacity. For the safety of our children, the Township is enforcing its Ordinance #38-2007. All volunteers in contact with children shall be subject to a criminal history record background check.
WTPR Baseball abides by the Youth Code of Conduct, Ord. #21-2202, approved by Township Council
FEES
Boys 5-6 $75.00 Boys 11-12 $95.00
Boys 7-10 $85.00 Boys 13-18 $110.00
LATE REGISTRATIONS
Late registration will be accepted at the Parks and Recreation Office beginning February 1, 2010.
Registrants will be subject to a late fee of $25.00.
WAITING LIST
Anyone signing up after February 28, 2010 will be put on a Waiting List and assigned where necessary to balance teams. Registration money will be returned if not placed on a team.
MANAGERS
Anyone interested in managing a team should sign up by January 30, 2009. Must be Rutgers certified.

WTPR CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a $10.00 fee charged for anyone canceling from the program.
