SIGN-UP INFORMATION
For Township Boys 5 to 18
League age established as of April 30, 2010
Birth certificates required for all first time registrants at first practice.
AGE DETERMINATION CUT-OFF DATE
For those players who have May, June or July birthdays, they can elect what league they wish to participate in.

TRAVEL TEAM INFORMATION
Visit www.wtbaseball.org for information which will include intramural travel, pre-season workouts
and the rest of the upcoming season.
VOLUNTEERS
We welcome anyone wishing to participate as a volunteer in any capacity – umpires, fields, general maintenance and concession stand. There is a section the online registration form to be checked if interested in volunteering in any capacity. For the safety of our children, the Township is enforcing its Ordinance #38-2007. All volunteers in contact with children shall be subject to a criminal history record background check.
WTPR Baseball abides by the Youth Code of Conduct, Ord. #21-2202, approved by Township Council
FEES
Boys 5-6 $75.00 Boys 11-12 $95.00
Boys 7-10 $85.00 Boys 13-18 $110.00
LATE REGISTRATIONS
Late registration will be accepted at the Parks and Recreation Office beginning February 1, 2010.
Registrants will be subject to a late fee of $25.00.
WAITING LIST
Anyone signing up after February 26, 2010 will be put on a Waiting List and assigned where necessary to balance teams. Registration money will be returned if not placed on a team. Registrants are subject to a late fee of $25.00.
MANAGERS
Anyone interested in managing a team should sign up by January 31, 2010.
Must be Rutgers’ certified and Megan’s Law approved

WTPR CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a $10.00 fee charged for anyone canceling from the program.
